What does the beta cost?

How do I get the beta code?
Attend your walkthrough. Grenville gives you the code on the call. It isn't sent by email or text, so if you miss the walkthrough, rebook it to get the code.
How long is the beta?
The guided part runs about three weeks, from onboarding to the end of your free month. [confirm]
What happens after I apply?
We review your answers. If you qualify, you'll get an email (and a text, if you opted in) with two steps: create your free AggREIgator account, then book a 60-minute walkthrough on Zoom. Grenville gives you your beta code on the walkthrough. After that, you book your 2-hour onboarding.
Who should attend the onboarding?
The company OWNER. Company settings, templates and e-sign are set up on that call.
Which states do you support?
Guidance covers all 50 states and DC. States that effectively require a licence to wholesale are blocked.
Is this legal advice?
No. AggREIgator is a software platform. It surfaces state guidance while you work. Talk to a licensed attorney about your contracts.
Do you take a cut of my deals?
No. It's a flat subscription. The only time AggREIgator shares in a deal is when you choose to JV that deal with us.
